Racing to Find a Cure for Breast Cancer

LinkedIn

Do you know someone that has or had breast cancer?

Maybe it’s a loved one. Or maybe a friend of a friend.

Regardless of your answer, breast cancer is affecting lives all over the world. And it’s time the startup community showed their support for the organizations that are spearheading the fight against this disease.

That’s why Startups Give Back is hosting a volunteering event at the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure on Sunday, September 27th, to get the Bay Area startup community involved. The event is in San Francisco and attendees will be volunteering from 6:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Yes, it’s on a Sunday. And yes, the start time is early. But you know what? Breast cancer doesn’t care what day or time it is. And when it comes to finding a cure, you shouldn’t either.

Whether you want to come to the event as an individual or get some folks from your company involved, your support means more than you think.
